O ur senior officials, such as Financial Secretary John Tsang Chun-wah, do not know how to think outside the box. His budgets contain the same old ideas every year, such as giving public housing tenants one or two months of free rent. That is why Hong Kong has so many social problems even though the government has so much money. The word "unruly" means disorderly or difficult to control. Political protests in Hong Kong are now often unruly. To be at each other's throats means to be fighting or arguing angrily with each other.
Political parties that support and oppose C.Y. Leung are always at each other's throats. To stop this, we must think outside the box. I think the influential political parties, such as the Democratic Party,the DAB,the Civic Party,People Power,and the League of Social Democrats, should form a coalition to govern Hong Kong. A coalition is a temporary joining together of different groups. Political parties sometimes form a coalition to govern. Hong Kong will no longer be ungovernable if our political parties form a coalition. If the parties disagree on a policy, such as what kind of democracy we should have, the party leaders should go inside a big box to throw bananas at each other. Those who rush out of the box first because they urgently need to use the toilet will lose. The last one to come out will win and his party can decide what kind of democracy we should have.

香港政治已變得甚難駕馭（unruly）了。政府的支持者與反對者已劃分（split）成兩大陣營。這兩個陣營爭持激烈（at each other's throats）。特首梁振英的民望下跌（slumped）。許多人憂心香港很快會變得難以管治（ungovernable）。我們得找辦法去凝聚人心。為此我們思考就要跳出框框（think outside the box），需要創新的思維去想想如何管治香港。習語think outside the box意即以創意和想像力思考，不墨守成規。
我們的高官，例如財政司司長曾俊華，就不懂得跳出框框思考（think outside the box）了。他的財政預算案只是舊酒新瓶，例如給予公屋租戶免租一或兩個月。這就解釋了，為何政府有這麼多的錢，香港仍然有一籮籮的社會問題。Unruly即是混亂無序或難於控制。香港的政治示威現在時常變得很難駕馭（unruly）。To be at each other's throats解作互相扭打或激烈爭拗。
支持和反對梁振英的政黨常常吵來吵去（at each other's throats），要制止這種狀況，我們得跳出框框思考（think outside the box）。我認為最具影響力的幾個政黨，例如民主黨、民建聯、公民黨、人民力量和社民連，應嘗試組成管治香港的聯盟（coalition）。Coalition就是短暫聯合的結盟。要是我們的政黨組成聯盟（coalition），香港就不再難於管治（ungovernable）。若政黨不同意某一項政策，譬如我們該有何種民主，政黨領袖就走進一個大箱內，互相拋擲香蕉。誰人因為急需如廁而走出大箱，誰人就輸。最後出來的一個算贏，他的政黨就可以決定我們要甚麼模樣的民主了。
