I am one of those residents. Every day, from 8am to almost 7pm, I have to listen to unbearable construction noise from the complex. This has been going on for several years. The old Victoria Prison/Central Police Station/Central Magistracy complex has great historical value. Nobody wanted it to be tampered with. But the morons in the Jockey Club and government wanted to destroy part of it to build a huge glass building. When residents, the district council, and heritage experts opposed the plan, the morons still insisted on tearing down several historical buildings to build new ones. That has caused unbearable construction noise for years.
There is already too much construction noise in Hong Kong. Why did the morons in the government and the Jockey Club create more noise by tampering with a heritage complex? Our policy-makers always think they know better than the people what the people want. The word excrement means the digested waste that comes out of your body. It is the same as feces, or faeces in British English. A common slang word for excrement is "shit". The word "tamper" means to interfere in a harmful way. The word "complex" means complicated but it can also mean a group of buildings on the same site. The word "unbearable" means intolerable, unendurable, or hard to put up with. I want the morons who decided to tamper with the Victoria Prison complex to live in my home for a day. They will then hear for themselves the unbearable noise they have caused by unnecessarily tampering with the historical complex.
我希望能知道在政府和賽馬會裏，決定損壞（tamper）舊域多利監獄與中區警署建築群（complex）的那些白癡（morons）的名字。我會付錢給長毛梁國雄，去向他們扔一桶桶的糞便（excrement）。 每次長毛向政府官員擲蛋或其他物件，通常都擲不中；但他向賽馬會和政府官員擲糞便（excrement）時，我會着他瞄準一點。我要這些官員滿身糞便（excrement）的原因是，他們令住在域多利監獄與中區警署下，數以千計居民的生活難以忍受（unbearable）。
我是其中一名居民。每天早上八時至大約晚上七時，我都得聽着建築群（complex）傳來，那些難以忍受（unbearable）的建築噪音。這已經持續幾年了。這個前域多利監獄/中區警署/中央裁判司署建築群（complex）有很大的歷史價值。沒有人會想它遭受破壞（tampered）。但賽馬會和政府的白癡（morons）卻要刻意損壞其中一部份，去建一個偌大的玻璃大樓。當居民、區議會和古蹟專家紛紛反對計劃，那些白癡（morons）卻堅持要拉倒幾幢歷史建築去建新的。這就造成多年來難以承受（unbearable）的建築噪音。
香港已經夠多建築噪音了。為甚麼政府和賽馬會的白癡（morons）要拆毁（tamper）古蹟建築群（complex），去製造更多噪音﹖那些制定政策的人，常常以為他們比人民更知道人民要甚麼。Excrement就是糞便，跟feces、或英式英語的faeces是一樣的。Excrement用俚語講就是shit。Tamper解作有害的干涉。Complex可解作複雜，但也指建築群。我要那些決定損毀（tamper）域多利監獄建築群（complex）的白癡（morons）住在我家裏一天。他們就會親耳聽見那些令人難以忍受（unbearable）的噪音，全因他們不必要地破壞（tampering）這個歷史建築群。 mickchug@gmail.com
