T he expression "civil disobedience" means peacefully disobeying laws. My one-man Occupy Central civil disobedience protest will have nothing to do with universal suffrage. It will be about traffic lights. The morons (idiots, imbeciles) at the Transport Department time traffic lights in such a way that pedestrians are given only a few seconds of green light to cross the street. But vehicles are given several minutes of green light, which means pedestrians have to wait a long time to cross the street. Why should vehicles be more important than pedestrians? I have written about this many times before but the morons at the Transport Department don't care.
I'll do my one-man Occupy Central protest during rush hour. I'll cross Queen's Road Central near Lan Kwai Fong when there is a green light for pedestrians but I'll then lie in the middle of the road when the pedestrian light turns red. This will block the vehicles from moving unless the drivers decide to run me over (drive into me). But I don't think they will dare. My civil disobedience protest will bring traffic to a standstill (not moving at all). I will lie there until the police carry me away. Maybe some street-sleepers will join me. I am sure there will be a lot of media coverage. That will teach the morons at the Transport Department a lesson.

我昨天以觀察者（observer）身份出席七．一街頭示威遊行。Observer就是單單觀察（observes）而不參與（participating）的人。我每一年都觀察七一遊行，好讓我了解港人的心情。我不會參與（participate），好使我自己寫報紙專欄和電視節目時能保持獨立。當我觀察（observing）昨天的遊行時，我忽發奇想：我要辦一個一人（one-man）佔領中環公民抗命（civil disobedience）示威。One-man protest就是只有一個人參與的示威。常見的習語one-man band，就是一個人一手包辦所有事情。
習語civil disobedience即是公民抗命（和平地違反法例）。我的一人（one-man）佔中公民抗命（civil disobedience）示威，跟普選沒有關係。它將會關乎交通燈。運輸署的笨蛋（morons）就交通燈時間的分配，令行人只得幾秒鐘綠燈過馬路，車輛卻有數分鐘的綠燈，意味着行人要等很久才可過馬路。為甚麼車輛永遠比行人重要？我曾經就此事在專欄中寫過好幾次，但運輸署的笨蛋（morons）從不理會。
我會在繁忙時間發起我的一人（one-man）佔中示威。在蘭桂坊那邊的皇后大道中，綠燈時我會橫過馬路，但當行人燈轉紅時，我會躺在馬路中央。這樣會阻礙車輛前行，除非司機決定要輾過我（run me over），但我不認為他們敢這樣做。我的公民抗命（civil disobedience）示威會令交通停滯（standstill），我會躺在那兒直至警察把我抬走，或許有些露宿者會加入。我肯定這會有許多傳媒報道，那便能好好教訓一下運輸署那班白癡。
