I don't think that will happen. Men are very discreet when they buy condoms. They don't want people to know what they are buying. Some men even buy other things they don't actually need to hide the condoms. Pharmacies also put condoms in discreet places. I have seen men walking around the shop wondering which shelf had condoms. There are several ways to use the word discreet, but in this case it means to be low-key, cautious or to act in a way that does not attract attention. Hong Kong men are very discreet when they go to Dongguan to visit their mistresses.
Since so many mainlanders come here for infant formula and other things, we should take advantage of this by turning Hong Kong into a gigantic (very big) shopping mall. Mainlanders can then enter Hong Kong just by buying a ticket instead of using an entry visa. Every street in Hong Kong will have shops selling infant formula and other things mainlanders like. This way they can shop till they drop. To shop till you drop means to go from shop to shop to buy things until you are too tired to continue. If they get tired of shopping, they can buy tickets to see Hong Kong's poor people living in subdivided flats and caged bed homes. Some mainlanders like to feed animals in zoos but they should not be allowed to throw food at the old men living in caged beds. If the mainlanders see the old men drinking coffee and watching DVDs of French movies, the tour guide can explain that they are trying to reach the middle class.

當我讀到內地父母帶子女來港打水痘針（shots，疫苗或注射劑的俗語），我不禁失笑。內地人早已為了嬰兒奶粉（infant formula）、LV袋、Chanel香水及其他物品洶湧而來。下一樣是甚麼？避孕套？我聽過恐怖傳聞（horror stories），內地安全套有時會在使用時穿破。我們會否很快便見到人們在屈臣氏外面排隊（lining up）買安全套？

基於有這麼多的內地人來這裏買奶粉和其他物品，我們好該利用這優勢，將香港變成巨型（gigantic）商場。內地人不用簽證，只須買入場券便可來港。香港的每一條街都有店舖售賣奶粉和其他內地人的至愛，讓他們買東西買到走不動為止（shop till they drop）。To shop till you drop即是你逐家逐戶去購物，逛到你倦得走不動了。若他們厭倦了購物，倒可以買票看看香港窮人住的劏房和籠屋。有些內地人喜歡在動物園餵飼動物，可他們絕對不可向籠屋的老人拋擲食物啊。要是內地人見到老人喝咖啡和看法國電影影碟，導遊大可解釋，他們不過在嘗試晉升中產階層吧了。
