T here are many ways to use the word pang. For example, you can say "a pang of fear", which means a sudden fear, "a pang of hunger", which means suddenly feeling hungry, or "a pang of regret", which means feeling sorry for something wrong you have done. As I watched those four attractive mainland women enter another name-brand store, I suddenly had an idea to help me get over (overcome, deal with) my pang of jealousy.
